2023 has been a difficult year for many on the planet with war and strife on almost every continent. ‘The Cost Of Living Crisis’ has been difficult for many of us in the first world but nothing compared to those in the third world who’s struggle seems to be never ending.

I wish you all a healthy and happy 2024 and hope that it isn’t TOIL but TOYL

Here’s to the Time Of Your Life!

I’ve been writing or at least posting weekly for SIX years now and although it has helped me contemplate retirement I haven’t taken the plunge yet – I’m not exactly having the time of my life but I am content working part time and as my girls have flown the nest (albeit temporarily?) I have more ME time, actually US time as my wife and I are free(er) to go off and do as we please more often. 

So back to the point, do I continue this blog? Is there enough for it to stand alone as some sort of resource(?) or should I post only when I feel like it without the self imposed ‘obligation’ to post each and every week? I’d really like to know!

I’ve asked before for contributors and feedback but sometimes feel there is no one out there!
